The best Christmas present

This year I am most grateful for the little guy who is on his way. We are so excited about him coming. Michael got him this cute Aggie outfit for his birth announcement picture. So you will be seeing this outfit again in the near future.

The baby bed is finished!!

Michael installed the new footboard tonight so now the bed is finished. Michael Britton has a new place to lay his little head.

Bump to Bump

Rachel and I took this picture last night at our staff party. I am 24 weeks, she is 36 weeks. Next week will be her last week at school. She is due January 7th. I can't wait for our babies to get here and finally play together. She's having a little girl, Macie.

It's been nice to have a friend to go through pregnancy with to talk about all the things you are experiencing. Since she's further along I've been able to ask her a lot of "is this normal?, what about this?"

24 Weeks

I am at 24 weeks this week. Time is starting to go by really fast now. I have not been feeling well this week and have been doing a lot of laying down so I have been feeling Michael Britton kicking more. I am able to seem him kicking through my skin which is really cool. Michael also got to feel him for the first time this week. It seems a little late to me, but every time Michael put his hand on my stomach little Michael would calm down and stop kicking. Maybe Michael will have a calming effect on him when he finally arrives!

These are pictures I took last weekend modeling my new maternity coat. I just love this coat! It is so roomy and warm. I have plenty of room to grow in it as seen in the bottom picture.
