Still waiting...

I went to the dr today for my 38th week appointment. I am now 4.5-5 cm dilated and still 80% effaced. They can't believe I'm still walking around and haven't gone into labor yet. I can't either. The cramping is getting more severe so I don't think it'll be too much longer. I am measuring 39 weeks and they estimate that he weighs in the high 7's-8 pounds. He needs to come out soon. I don't know how I'll push a much bigger baby out. I am getting really uncomfortable w/ lots of back pain and having more difficulty walking. I definitely waddle. I'll keep you posted on when he gets here. If I make it to my next appointment it is on Wed. at 9:30 a.m.
