9 Months

"Yummy, Mom's spaghetti and cheese!"

Today Michael had his 9 month old doctor appointment. It was really hard to get any good pictures of him because he was so squirmy and wanted to look at everything. We took this one after his hemoglobin blood test. He kept putting his finger with the band aid on it in his mouth and we had a difficult time getting the bleeding to stop. He did really well with his shots and barely cried. He's such a big boy.
He is 29 1/8 inches long which puts him in the 75th percentile for height. He is 19 pounds 3 ounces which puts him in the 25th percentil for weight. So he's long and lean. Health wise he is great. The doctor said I could start him on whole milk at 10 1/2 months. That surprised me. He is eating table food and finger foods now. I feel like he's grown up a lot in the last week.
On the doctor's table he started crawling for the first time. Of all places! He's a busy guy. He'll be giving me a run for my money now.
